These terms cover your use of senditt.co.uk. The terms for our delivery services are agreed with each business when you set up with us.

Using this website

You may use this website to find out about SEND ITT and to contact us. Don’t misuse it, try to break it, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.

Information on this site

We keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it’s a general guide. Service details, coverage and cut-off times are confirmed when you set up with us. Order by 3pm, delivered same day applies Monday to Friday within Greater London.

Insurance

Goods in transit insurance covers every delivery up to £50,000, from collection to delivery. Any exclusions are set out in the delivery terms agreed when you set up with us.

Third-party services

Booking a call takes you to our Cal.com calendar, and messaging takes you to WhatsApp. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Trademarks

SEND ITT and the SEND ITT logo belong to SEND ITT Ltd. Other company names and logos shown belong to their owners.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Otherwise, we aren’t responsible for losses caused by using this website.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
